A musician and an artist, Peter Hammill has always been close to my heart. Now, as an older man I have come to know his later works both solo and VDGG and learned to respect him even more than before. Not only has Hammill been a very prolific artist, but he's managed to step out of himself and re-create his style and vision many, many times over and over again whenever he felt like it, always creating something new and interesting in the process. This is a fundamental difference between truly daring and creative people and just entertainers. Hammill has always been the first without ever sacrificing his integrity or quality. Hammill is well respected by prog, punk, goth and even metal artists and fans today.

A handbook for a future dictator. I love this book. It's more like a satirical take on the topic, but the content is actually very, very spot on. If you think about modern day politics and overly politicized media, it's all here. The tricks, the lies, everything. This book was originally released in 2013, when many of these things weren't so relevant.

The title says it all: this is about media psychology. It covers all the basics well enough without any filler. I'd say, if the subject matter interests you and you need a book the get you started, then this is highly recommended.

It must've come as a surprise how well Genesis managed to deal with the loss of Peter Gabriel. Like I wrote before, the main problem with Genesis was too many chefs to begin with, so it only makes sense, that A Trick of the Tail is a magnificent album even if one of the main driving forces of the band is gone.
