Night of the Lepus
23.12. This is one silly horror film about some killer rabbits. The marketing team was so embarrassed they decided to change the name and keep the posters vague so people wouldn't get the silly premise that quickly and actually paid to see the film.

Kansojen historia
23.12. A classic and must-own. This world history in 25 parts is one of the best all around series of its kind I've ever read. The text is well written and easy to digest and goes well in-depth in subject matters such as Egypt, Mesopotamia, Ancient world, Medieval times, etc. And get this: these books were written decades before anyone even knew about the cancer called political correctness.

Animaniacs: Wakko
21.12. This is excellent Christmas special. They originally planned this to be released theatrically, but the plans ended up scrapped due to time and budget constraints.

A Goofy Movie
17.12. Not a major classic, but I like it. It has that 90's feel that doesn't exist anymore. Like people aren't confused or addicted to their phones, but there's actually social stuff and it's all considered normal.

Coraline
16.12. I love the story and the atmosphere, but I think the film is 10-15 minutes too long and there's at least one character they could've just left out.

Ennen kuin mieheni katoaa
16.12. Who said there weren't any taboo breaking novels released these days? "Before My Husband Vanishes" is an honest autobiographical story about a woman whose husband comes out as a transgender. It's not a funny or happy story, but a surreal, tragic and traumatic one: the person in question doesn't technically die, but in her mind stops existing entirely. She starts feeling like there is this alien impostor in her house, some stranger that is wearing her husbands hands and is looking at her with his eyes, but it isn't him. And this alien woman is constantly trying to seduce her. The author feels her whole happy life was just a lie, and even her happy memories are ruined by this event. The person formerly man might be happy with his new life, but the people around him, even his children, ended up paying the price. The ex-wife became a "trans widow".

Todd McFarlane
Todd McFarlane's life is a huge roller coaster of success and misery. The man's great inspiration was his blue collar dad who did everything he could to support his family despite being constantly stomped and pushed by his bosses. McFarlane began his career writing and drawing Marvel comics and eventually created more creator driven Image Comics company along with few other prodigies of the art form, becoming a huge superstar. After establishing himself he started working with top writers of the world and broadening his business to TV, films and all kinds of merchandise, making him rich and even more famous. Then the shit hit the fan. Neil Gaiman, a one time Spawn guest writer, wasn't happy with the fees he was paid and sued McFarlane, costing him millions in damages. At the same time Tony Twist sued McFarlane for using his name and forced McFarlane to declare bankruptcy, tarnishing his good reputation in the process. As the comic book sales were going down, it seemed like the game was up for him, but no. Recently he came back for a crowdfunding campaign for his new line of Spawn memorabilia, which ended up being a huge success, helping him launch his career anew. Since then his sales have been going up again and the man has regained his fortune.
