3.11. The death of Pat Martino made me instantly want to watch this documentary. Pat was one of the leading guitar players of the world for decades. Back in the 1980's he was diagnosed with a brain tumor that nearly killed him, the operation saved his life but wiped out his memories nearly completely. Martino had to learn everything from the scratch, but at the end he managed to surpass his former self and become even greater god of his craft. The documentary is way too dry and boring. At this day and age many of his friends and family members had already died and Martino was living the twilight years of his career, so there wasn't much to work with.

2.11. These guys clearly love Symphony of the Night. This game is almost as addictive and the soundtrack kills, but the story is way too short and sucks balls. Had it been at least 3 to 4 times longer I would've loved it to death.

31.10. I had plans to re-watch this classic for at least a year now, but only recently found enough time to really dive into it. Crumb is one of the most in-depth looks into a mind of an artist, not just Crumb but also his brothers who in turn are extremely talented and flawed individuals. Luckily they're also very aware of their own psyche and discuss topics like sexual fantasies, obsessions, fears and stuff. If you study psychology you'll most likely end up watching this thing numerous times just for the honest psychological depth alone, and I can clearly see why.
