5.5. Neal Stephenson is a great writer and his text has a nice flow. I also love how he has managed to move on with times and understands basic science and technology. What I don't love is the boredom and lack of any interesting action in this novel. The product placement was unnecessary and cringy.

4.5. A collection of short stories set in the world of Beastars. This is great shit. In a way, Beast Complex is just as interesting as the main series. Who needs epics when short stories work this well?

Amazing Spider-Man Omnibus, Vol. 1 (v. 1)

4.5. I doubt the one I read was exactly this one, but it was still a collection of these oldies by Stan Lee. Fun, but nothing spectacular.

Discipline & Punish: The Birth of the Prison

3.5. Maybe it's just me, but the more older you get, the more sense these thoughts seem to make. Foucault may have not been a nice person, and his strange sadomasochistic fetishes shine through here, but his thoughts about imprisonment, discipline and punishment are very spot on.
